7. Money-Back Guarantee
Zenflow Solution offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If the promised results (e.g., a 20% increase in reviews) are not achieved within 3 months, we will refund your maintenance fee in addition to the subscription fee. Refund requests must be made in writing to support@zenflowsolution.com within the specified timeframe.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee results, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance.
9. Limitation of Liability

11. Subscription Requirements
By subscribing to our services, you agree to:
- Maintain the monthly subscription fee to keep your account active.
- Pay the hosting fee (if applicable) to ensure continuous access to your platform.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services, including loss of access to platform features and data.
12. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Zenflow Solution dashboard or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No further charges will apply post-cancellation.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for:
- Subscription cancellations made within 30 days of activation.
- Failure to meet promised results within 3 months (refund includes the maintenance fee).
Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon approval of the request.
14. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing plans. Customers will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance, with changes applying only to future billing cycles.
